Where every line of `SKILL.md` and the files beside it comes from. Each line added after 2026-10-06 names its memory, transcript or inventory row and its date.

## Lines added on 2026-10-10 (system v2, lane L4)

- `references/behavior.md` section 6, the third-party widget theme rule, and its summary in `SKILL.md` ("Behavior", Forms): Kevin's memory note `responsive-audit-round` (2026-08-14, the sign-in Turnstile defect and its fix), checked against `apps/dashboard/src/components/signin/sign-in-form.tsx` on gt-cloud main on 2026-10-10. Inventory `memories.json` row "responsive-audit-round", plan row N-14.
- "Icons", the JSX-tag-only rename line: `references/icons.md` (the #5029 sweep, 2026-09-28) and the memory note `dashboard-icon-sweep`. Inventory `onboarding.json` row 21, plan row N-24; the rule was already in `references/icons.md`, and `SKILL.md` now points to it.
- The packages/ui inventory and the gt-ui rules moved to `references/shared-ui.md`, and the viewer shell to `references/viewer-shell.md`, unchanged, with summaries left in `SKILL.md`, to keep the body under the 24,000-byte budget (plan section 2.2).
- Related skills: `gt-verify` replaces `agent-browser` (inventory `skills.json` row 38, plan row N-28); the isometric skill merged into `gt-diagrams` on 2026-10-10; `gt-product-surfaces` created on 2026-10-10 (plan row N-20).
